RTNDA will open on Sunday, April 19 at 5:30 p.m. and close on Wednesday, April 22. Please note the RTNDA specific show schedule. Although the NAB Show and RTNDA Exhibitor Manuals are combined there are several items we would like to call to your attention. When ordering these services please note the vendors are not necessarily the same for both shows.

- RTNDA Show Schedule – RTNDA closes on Wednesday, April 22. Please note the RTNDA specific show schedule.
- Shipping – Exhibitors participating in either RTNDA or the NAB Show should ship their materials to Freeman at either the advanced warehouse or direct to show site. However, please be sure to use the shipping labels and addresses specifically developed for RTNDA exhibitors.
- RTNDA Electrical Order Form – RTNDA exhibitors must order their electrical through the Hilton’s exclusive provider, TSE. Click here to view the appropriate order form.
- RTNDA Telecommunications Order Form - RTNDA exhibitors must order their telecommunication services through the Hilton’s exclusive provider, Priority Networks. Click here to view the appropriate order
