As an exhibitor of the 2009 NAB Show and/or RTNDA you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully as you will be required to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of these terms prior to proceeding.
Exhibitor accepts the target move-in date assigned to their booth and acknowledges this is the only day their freight may be received at show site. In addition, exhibitor understands no booth installation may begin prior to their target move-in date. To determine exhibitor target move-in date, visit www.nabshow.com/target
DIRECT SELLING: NAB strictly prohibits over-the-counter sales (i.e.: cash, check or credit card). Only bona fide business orders for future delivery are permitted. NAB reserves the right to close down booths in violation of this regulation. Exhibitors in violation of this policy may also forfeit priority points for future booth selection.
Exhibitors with island booths should be considerate of others when designing their booth; every exhibitor has the right to be visible. If you build your exhibit to the maximum height allowed across one or more sides of your booth, you ARE blocking neighboring exhibitors from being seen. Please be respectful of all exhibitors. The following is NAB’s Line of Sight Policy, regardless of booth dimensions: All booths, regardless of size or type, should be designed in such a way so as to eliminate line-of-sight obstructions from one exhibit to the next. A solid wall or banner between an island or split-island booth and a row of linear booths (particularly along the perimeter) is inappropriate. This is particularly important along shared walls and borders between linear and split-island exhibits. If you are planning a hardwall installation that could obstruct the view to neighbors’ booths you must submit a booth variance/review form located in NAB Forms section. NEW: All island booths regardless of size should allow at least 20 percent of visibility (above 4’ tall) on all four sides. Split island booths should allow 20 percent of visibility on all sides excluding the shared back wall. Examples:
