Welcome to the interactive exhibitor manual for the upcoming 2008 NAB Show, April 14-17, 2008 at the Las Vegas Convention Center and the upcoming RTNDA@NAB Convention, April 14-16, 2008 at the Las Vegas Hilton.

We know this manual is essential for your company’s budgeting and planning process for the show. With this in mind we have reorganized the information and listed all major sections on the left. In addition, to make it easier than ever for our exhibitors we have made a few modifications to the manual:

• Search Index – Not sure where to find the information you are looking for? Use this alphabetical search index.
• Adobe “Find” – Still can’t find what you are looking for? Open the “Full PDF” version of the exhibitor manual in Adobe Reader, right click, and select “Find”. Then type in the word you are looking for and Adobe will list every reference in the manual.
• Print & View – You have the option to print the entire manual, individual sections or single documents for your convenience.

ONE exhibitor manual CD is mailed to each company so plan accordingly. All the information, guidelines and forms in the manual are also available online at www.nabshow.com/exhmanual. Exhibitors are encouraged to send this link or burn additional CDs for their vendors or staff.
